Flick & Answer is a survey about betting, not a betting product. An 18+ declaration and consent come before anything is stored, and we handle what you share under South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).

Who we are
Ask Africa runs Flick & Answer and is responsible for your personal information.
What we collect
Your answers, a nickname, profile answers such as age band, gender and province, your 18+ declaration, a record of your consent, and the basic technical data needed to run the game. If you claim a prize, we also confirm your age and contact details. We ask for nothing we don't need to run the survey.
Why we collect it
To report answers in groups of five or more, and to run the leaderboard and any draws. We won't use it for anything that doesn't fit that purpose.
Who sees it
Clients and partners only ever see group results about five or more people, never your individual answers or contact details. Service providers who host and run the game process data for us under written agreements. If any of them stores data outside South Africa, we use the protections POPIA requires.
Consent
You agree before anything is stored, and you can withdraw your consent at any time.
Your rights
Ask what we hold, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how it's used. "Delete my data" is self-service inside the game.
Adults only
Flick & Answer is for people aged 18 and over. We don't knowingly process children's personal information.
Security and retention
We keep your data secure and only for as long as we need it, then delete or anonymise it. If it's ever compromised, we'll tell you and the Information Regulator.
No marketing without opt-in
We won't send you marketing unless you've asked for it.
If you contact us
When you write to us through this website, we use your name, email, company and message only to reply, and keep them only as long as the conversation needs.

Draw rules
- Free to enter. No purchase, no stake, and no cash prizes.
- 18+ checked. Age is confirmed when a prize is claimed.
- Run as promotional competitions under section 36 of the Consumer Protection Act. Draws start when rewards go live, and full rules are published before any draw opens.
Cookies
- No tracking on this site. It sets no cookies and runs no tracking or advertising scripts. Your browser's session storage keeps two small flags for the current visit only: that you've seen the opening animation, and when a page transition is under way.
- If that changes, any analytics will be cookieless and named here first.
